Additional Instructions for GrassGator 3630 and 7800
Follow the curved or straight shaft instructions first then follow the ones below when prompted.
- 4. After step 3, locate the tabs on either side of the GrassGator and press towards the head to open it. Set the spool and spool cover aside keeping them as one unit. Remove the spring.

- 5. Insert the bolt (Picture 2A) or nut (Picture 2B) from step 3 into the hexagon recessed area inside the top half of the housing of the GrassGator. While holding the nut or bolt in place, slide the GrassGator housing onto the shaft and rotate until tight.
- 6. Replace the spring, spool and spool cover into the body. Make sure the line is coming out of the metal eyelets and that the spool cover snaps into place.
